What CGPulse checks
A resource passes this rule when siteConfig.remoteDebuggingEnabled must equal false. Anything else is reported as a finding with the evaluated property value attached as evidence.
How to fix it
Disable remote debugging to close the debug port and prevent code inspection in production. In Azure Portal: App Service > Configuration > General settings > set Remote Debugging to Off. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/configure-common
CLI
az webapp config set --ids "{id}" --remote-debugging-enabled falseTerraform
resource "azurerm_linux_web_app" "{name}" {
name = "{name}"
resource_group_name = "{rg}"
location = var.location
service_plan_id = azurerm_service_plan.{name}.id
site_config {
remote_debugging_enabled = false
}
}
