What CGPulse checks
A resource passes this rule when administrators.azureAdOnlyAuthentication must be set true OR storageEncrypted must equal true. Anything else is reported as a finding with the evaluated property value attached as evidence.
How to fix it
Enable IAM database authentication to replace password-based access with centralized identity management. In AWS Console: RDS > Databases > Modify > enable IAM DB authentication. See: https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AmazonRDS/latest/UserGuide/UsingWithRDS.IAMDBAuth.html
Compliance frameworks
Is your environment compliant with this rule?
