How to fix it
Maintain accurate and current network diagrams that show all connections between the CDE and other networks, including wireless. Review and update diagrams at least every 6 months and after any significant changes.
How to verify
- Verify network diagram exists and is current (within 6 months)
- Confirm CDE boundaries are clearly marked
- Verify all connections to/from CDE are documented
