What CGPulse checks
A resource passes this rule when publicNetworkAccess must equal Disabled. Anything else is reported as a finding with the evaluated property value attached as evidence.
How to fix it
Disable public network access to prevent unauthorized internet exposure. In Azure Portal: Container Registry > Networking > set Public network access to Disabled. See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/container-registry/container-registry-access-selected-networks
Careful: Disabling public access blocks all image pulls/pushes not routed through private endpoints
CLI
az acr update --ids "{id}" --public-network-enabled falseTerraform
resource "azurerm_container_registry" "{name}" {
name = "{name}"
resource_group_name = "{rg}"
location = var.location
sku = "Premium"
public_network_access_enabled = false
}
